At EDGE, we do not subscribe to changing your sales process, nor training on gimmicky or complex techniques that your sales professionals will never remember. Our philosophy is to equip your sales members with the appropriate key skills they require to be successful selling to today’s buyers.
Historically, Sales Training was an event where a ton of information was dumped on participants in a short period of time. Shortly thereafter, the participants would revert back to their old ways and the new skills that were taught were quickly forgotten. At EDGE, our methodology centers around one-on-one coaching after the training session to maximize retention and true behavioral changes through coaching and reinforcement.
